Risk and Uncertainty Modelling for Transportation and Logistics
This Mini-Symposium provides a discussion forum for the exchange of innovative ideas on risk and uncertainty modelling for transportation and logistics. Risk and uncertainty modelling can be considered from demand uncertainty analysis, travel time uncertainty modelling, resilient transport systems, collision/crash risk of vehicles/ships/aircraft, to traffic congestion analysis and modelling. Thus, the Mini-Symposium welcomes research papers that address transportation and logistics from a broad perspective, ranging from theoretical studies to empirical analysis of transportation and logistics. The scope of this Mini-Symposium includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Highway operations/safety;
- Urban logistics network modelling;
- Public transit analysis;
- Maritime transportation;
- Supply chain risk management.
